Minister Hanekom invites trade to Indaba 2015

Indaba 2015, will take place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban from May 9-11 next year, Tourism Minister, Derek Hanekom, has announced.

Minister Hanekom said he looked forward to spending time on the tradeshow floor, exchanging information and ideas with exhibitors and buyers from across South Africa and the rest of Africa

Deputy Minister Mabudafhasi to Unveil the Modjadji Dynasty Memorial in Limpopo

The Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Rejoice Mabudafhasi, MP, in partnership with the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA), the Modjadji Royal house, the Department of Cooperative Government and Traditional Affairs and the KARA Institute will  unveil the Modjadji Dynasty Memorial on Friday, 05 December 2014 at Greater Letaba Local Municipality, Ga-Modjadji, Setlhakone village in Limpopo Province.

Yellow arum lilies get exposure at festival

SEKHUKHUNE – THE Yellow Arum Lilly Festival is an annual celebration of the yellow arum lilies that are grown in the Sekhukhune district.

The Limpopo Tourism Agency (LTA) hosted this festival in the quaint town of Roossenekal on Saturday in collaboration with the Roossenekal Tourism Association.

The main objective of the festival was to promote tourism and to create awareness about these unique flowers and who people why they needed to conserve them.
